Butter Pad

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Butter Pad mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Butter Pad, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration
To use Butter Pad, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
Purpose of the App
Butter Pad is provided to:
- Display coworking space availability
- Show exclusive and non-exclusive production bookings
- Display current occupancy levels
- Allow users to book production time
- Optionally add bookings to a personal calendar
Use of the App is not required for general access to the coworking space.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Misrepresent booking information
- Reverse engineer or copy the App
Bookings
All bookings made through the App are subject to availability and coworking space policies. Butter Pad does not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability.
Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your calendar, you authorize Butter Pad to add booking-related events to your calendar. You may revoke this permission at any time through device settings.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butter Pad is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
